There is no hole for the old eject with a paper clip tip. At this point I don't know if I have a bad zip disk, or a bad drive, but I need to get the disk out of the drive. Any suggestions on how to do this? Do not attempt this unless the eject button is depressed, and do not tug on the disk if it offers any resistance at all.

As a result, an alarm went off in my head, because I thought that my [old] mb Fuji zipdisk wouldn't be compatible with the new drive either. Try rebooting and using the software eject click the drive in My Comp and make it eject. See if that does anything. While on the topic, zip drives only read zip disks, while zip's read both zip disks and zip disks.
