We achieved another Platinum year with GuideStar — the highest level of recognition for financial transparency a nonprofit can get. And earlier this year, we produced our first dynamic, interactive and overtly transparent Annual Report, sharing our story for We are better than ever.

And we are always better together. SHPE changes lives by empowering the Hispanic community to realize its fullest potential and to impact the world through STEM awareness, access, support, and development. During the academic year, over 2, Hispanic youth participated in these events, and more than parents received information about academic and professional pursuits in STEM.

NILA is the leadership conference for the leaders of the leaders. Because RLDCs are regionally focused, we can foster critical networking relationships among our smaller chapters, as well as reach those members who are unable to attend our National Convention. The Industry Partnership Council IPC is comprised of national, top-level companies and government agencies that are committed to diversity and inclusion.

IPC members align with the SHPE mission by supporting year-round programs, sharing industry perspective, providing resources and development tools, and meeting recruitment and retention strategy goals.
